Yellow warning level for Taichung City, Nantou County, Chiayi City, and Yilan County. People are advised to avoid unnecessary outdoor activities, labor, and exercise, apply sunscreen, stay hydrated, and be cautious of heat injuries due to the extreme high temperatures.
