A pet store in Neihu district, Taipei City, spent 5 million on renovation with the intention of opening for business, but due to the unavailability of the 2nd-floor owner, the business registration could not be completed, leading to the store being unable to operate. Yesterday, the 47-year-old owner was reported to have committed suicide in the pet store. The owner had requested help from the 2nd-floor tenant to resolve issues but was left hanging, resulting in tragic consequences. The case is now under investigation by the Shilin District Prosecutor's Office.
