Taipei City Government has issued an immediate weather alert via LINE, warning of a high probability of heavy afternoon rainfall in Taipei today. The areas expected to be most affected are Da'an, Xinyi, Wenshan, and Nangang districts. Citizens are advised to carry umbrellas and be cautious of possible flooding in low-lying areas.
