Sierra, an AI agent startup co-founded by former Salesforce co-CEO Bret Taylor, has raised $350 million in a funding round led by Greenoaks Capital, bringing its valuation to $10 billion. Founded in 2024, Sierra assists enterprises in developing customer service AI agents and has already garnered hundreds of customers, including notable names like SoFi and Brex. The company has now raised a total of $635 million to date, and Taylor announced the launch of a new hiring program for recent technical graduates that mirrors the one that helped kickstart his and co-founder Clay Bavor's careers at Google.
