Britain's Duchess Kate Makes First Appearance After Cancer Diagnosis at Royal Trooping the Colour Ceremony

Reported 8 months ago

After being rumored to have cancer and not appearing in public for six months, Britain's Duchess Kate made a surprise appearance at the Royal Trooping the Colour ceremony at Buckingham Palace on June 15. Arriving with her three children, she wore a white dress with a bow on the shoulder and looked radiant. The event celebrated King Charles III's official birthday, and although he is also battling cancer, he arrived with Queen Camilla in a carriage. The royal family members all appeared on the palace balcony afterwards to greet the public. Kate's public appearance brought relief and well wishes from many, as she had undergone abdominal surgery in January and revealed her cancer diagnosis in March, currently undergoing preventive chemotherapy with hope for recovery.
