Reported about 7 hours ago

Brookfield Asset Management is putting its Spanish student housing company, Livensa Living, up for sale, with bids expected around €1.3 billion. The firm has appointed Morgan Stanley and Eastdil Secured LLC for the process, as student housing continues to attract investors due to high demand and limited supply. Brookfield, a notable player in European student housing, has expanded Livensa's portfolio from five to 22 properties since its acquisition in 2019.
