Bruce Springsteen has postponed four European shows of his E Street Band 2024 World Tour due to "vocal issues" following a doctor's recommendation. The affected shows in Prague, Czech Republic, and Milan, Italy, have been rescheduled, with new dates to be announced soon. Springsteen, who had returned to performing in March after battling peptic ulcer disease, is expected to resume the tour in Madrid on June 12.
