BT has urged regulators to take action against Apple, raising concerns that the tech giant's control of the smartphone market may harm mobile networks. In a submission to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), BT warned that the advent of eSims could further entrench the market power of smartphone manufacturers, like Apple and Samsung, who are increasingly selling directly to consumers.
