A 31-year-old bystander was accidentally shot in the hand during an incident on an Upper East Side subway in Manhattan. The shooting occurred when a suspected shooter fired a gun during an argument on a northbound 4 train, missing the intended target and hitting the bystander instead. The victim was taken to a hospital while the shooter fled the scene. Police have not made any arrests in connection with the incident.
