The CAAM Chender 168 is a 20-story top-quality green A-grade office building located next to the Jian Tan MRT Station, directly opposite the Taipei Performing Arts Center. Developed by Zhenye Chemical, Ho'an Corporation, and Microtech Industries, this building has signed office lease contracts with multinational companies, with one company taking up thousands of ping as its new base in Taipei City. With its LEED V4 CS platinum-level certification, CAAM Chender 168 is seen as a benchmark building for ESG sustainability, injecting more commercial vitality and opportunities into the emerging Shilin Beitou Science Park. Designed by award-winning architect Wang Ruolin of Yuan Chuang Architecture and built by Japan's largest integrated construction company Lixing Construction's Taiwan subsidiary Luying Construction, the building focuses on providing a top-notch office environment while minimizing environmental impact, emphasizing energy conservation, water conservation, and environmental protection technology.
