California Forever has announced plans for Solano Foundry, a vast 2,100-acre tech manufacturing park capable of hosting 40 million square feet of advanced manufacturing space. Part of a master-planned ‘utopian’ city backed by Silicon Valley billionaires, the park aims to attract talent from nearby Silicon Valley by providing expedited permitting and renewable energy solutions.
