A 25-year-old California man named Nicholas Hostetler was arrested after randomly punching two elderly victims in separate incidents in Campbell. After one of the attacks, Hostetler stopped to pose for a casual photo on the sidewalk before fleeing. The victims were identified as a 75-year-old man and another elderly victim. Hostetler was arrested without incident after his parents assisted the police in locating him. He was charged with two counts of elder abuse and an additional count of battery on an officer.
