Tom Steyer's Galvanize Climate Solutions LLC has acquired a 608,000-square-foot industrial property in New Jersey, marking its third purchase in just over six months. The acquisition, aimed at promoting decarbonization, will involve significant upgrades to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational emissions. Steyer plans to invest $1.85 billion in energy-efficient construction over the next three years, despite the uncertain political climate following Donald Trump's election, believing the demand for sustainable properties will remain strong.
