A California mother, Nancy Iskander, whose two sons were killed by a wealthy socialite speeding through a crosswalk, has vowed to visit and ask the convicted murderer if she can apologize for the deaths. Despite the perpetrator's 15 years to life sentence, Iskander hopes for remorse. The wealthy and self-serving driver, Rebecca Grossman, was convicted of two counts of second-degree murder and fleeing the scene at over 80 mph in 2020. Iskander expresses dissatisfaction with the lenient sentencing and plans to use the tragedy to support others through charitable foundations and a foster care project in honor of her sons.
