Reported on June 17, 2024, in Changhua, Taiwan, a well-known pastry shop, Yu Zhen Zhai, located near the Lukang Tien Hou Temple, was hit by a sedan crashing into the store, injuring the driver and one male customer. Surveillance footage of the incident shows the car resembling a tank, entering the store without braking, almost hitting a male customer and a female employee inside. Fortunately, both individuals reacted quickly and managed to avoid the impact. The shop suffered significant damage with losses amounting to over a million dollars.
