Reported about 16 hours ago

Carlyle Group Inc. is reportedly reviving the sale of Trans Maldivian Airways Pvt. (TMA) as travel to the Maldives rebounds. Along with co-investors, they are exploring interest from potential buyers amid improved profitability, which may enhance TMA's valuation compared to a previous attempt two years ago, when it was valued between $500 million and $700 million. TMA operates 65 seaplanes, providing vital transport services to over 80 resorts in the Maldives.
