The large seized property vault in the bustling area of Shenkeng, New Taipei City, has caused concern among local residents and officials as it obstructs development and impacts plans for a light rail system. Discussions are underway with the Ministry of Justice considering relocation and potential joint development of the site. The vault's close proximity to densely populated areas has prompted calls for it to be moved to make space for public facilities and the light rail station. If relocated, the area could also address transportation and recreational needs for over 10,000 residents.
