The infamous and often abrasive chef Gordon Ramsay, known for TV show 'Hell's Kitchen,' almost ended up in hell himself after a cycling accident. Ramsay revealed that he had a serious accident over the weekend while cycling in the US, sustaining bruises on his left side although no bones were broken. He emphasized the importance of wearing a helmet, as his own helmet was heavily damaged in the crash. Despite looking like a ‘purple sweet potato’ due to his extensive bruises, Ramsay continued to stress the significance of helmet safety, urging everyone to wear one regardless of distance or expense.
