China Launches Probe into U.S. Chip Discrimination Impact on Auto Industry

The China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM) has initiated an investigation into the effects of U.S. trade policies regarding chips on the auto industry. Automakers are required to provide their input by October 13. This move follows the Chinese commerce ministry's earlier investigations into potential discrimination and dumping concerning U.S. chips.
