China's low earth orbit satellite company, aiming to compete with Elon Musk's Starlink, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Telecomunicacoes Brasileiras S.A. to provide satellite communications and broadband Internet services in Brazil. This agreement was made during President Xi Jinping's state visit to Brasilia, where he is meeting with Brazil's President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.
