Chinese actor Hu Ge will visit Taiwan for less than 24 hours, attending the 'Youth Dialogue' event at the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park on 6/12 afternoon where he will privately interact with young Taiwanese directors and creators. This visit aims to promote cultural exchange between the two sides, coordinated by Shanghai Taiwan Affairs Office and speculated to be facilitated by Zheng Wen-Can, the chairman of SEF; however, SEF denies involvement. Hu Ge is expected to arrive at Taipei Songshan Airport at 11 a.m. tomorrow and depart the next morning, with no public appearances scheduled and no special food arrangements due to his vegetarian diet.
