Reported 7 months ago

Wuchan Zhongda Group Co., a Chinese state-owned firm, is looking into the case of a missing shipment of copper from Russia worth about 110 million yuan ($15 million). The firm purchased 2,000 tons of copper from a Russian company, which was supposed to be delivered last month but never arrived. The metal was reportedly labeled as cheaper granite and may have ended up in Turkey. The incident, involving a small value compared to the company's revenues, is not expected to significantly impact its operations.
