A Chinese spouse surnamed Li claimed to have been bullied in Taiwan and threw stinky water at the Foreign Ministry Joint Service Center in Nantun District, Taichung. After being arrested, Li was fined for violating the Social Order Maintenance Act by causing disturbances in a public place. The court determined that Li's actions disrupted public order and fined her 3000 Taiwan dollars. Li admitted to the crime, and surveillance footage at the scene supported the accusation.
