Chroma ATE received the 10th Corporate Governance Evaluation Award, ranking in the top 5% of the OTC group for the third time, highlighting their continuous efforts in governance. Initiating the 'CHPT BY AI' project this year, Chroma ATE aims to implement ESG sustainability through AI digital transformation. Out of 1,706 evaluated companies, 48 listed and 38 OTC companies made it to the top 5%, with three companies from Chunghwa Telecom Group standing out for their achievements in shareholder rights, board structure, information transparency, and sustainable development. Chroma ATE plans to enhance operational efficiency through AI technology and real-time monitoring for production efficiency and workplace safety while collaborating with stakeholders to address ESG challenges.
