Citigroup and Apollo Global Management are testing a new private credit partnership to finance the sale of Boeing's Jeppesen navigation unit, valued at approximately $7 billion. The financing, estimated between $3 billion and $3.5 billion, would be a pioneering form of pre-agreed funding for acquisitions. Both corporate and private equity buyers are being offered this financing option, marking a significant test of the collaboration announced last September between Citi and Apollo, as they aim to attract buyers in a competitive market.
