The Central Weather Administration in Taiwan is expecting clear to mostly cloudy skies with afternoon thunderstorms and heavy rainfall in specific regions. Temperatures are predicted to rise, reaching their peak on June 26-27 with temperatures soaring to 35-38 degrees Celsius. Under the influence of the Pacific high-pressure system, Taiwan is likely to experience scorching weather. The region may also see a stationary front oscillating from South China to the Yangtze River, leading to clear skies and hot temperatures with frequent thunderstorms. Taiwan has been experiencing daily heavy thunderstorms due to insufficient afternoon convection suppression, a phenomenon not commonly seen in recent years.
