CNI Enhances Firefighting Capabilities with New Railcars

Canadian National Railway Company (CNI) has announced the expansion of its firefighting capabilities by introducing two new railcars, Oceanus and Amphitrite, which can hold 25,000 gallons of water each and are equipped for quick deployment. The company is also piloting smaller fire trailers to combat wildfires near rail tracks and has upgraded its existing firefighting trains to enhance their water capacity, improving support for firefighters in challenging areas.
