Comcast's stock dropped over 10% after revealing a larger-than-expected decline in broadband users and stagnation in its Peacock streaming service, which did not gain or lose subscribers in the last quarter. The company lost 131,000 broadband customers and 311,000 TV subscribers, citing competitive pressures from mobile providers. Despite these setbacks, Comcast is focusing on its connectivity business and plans to package mobile services with higher-tier broadband options, while also preparing to spin off its cable properties.
