Experts suggest the need to explore new sources such as Myanmar, Laos, etc., but emphasize the necessity of government policies to address the shortage and lack of labor force. Taiwan is urged to actively engage with potential countries like Myanmar to attract young, willing workers due to demographic challenges, aging foreign workers from Thailand, and the need to tap into diverse labor sources.
