Title365, a title insurance and settlement services company licensed in 43 states, will maintain its partnership with Blend Labs post-acquisition. Kirby Hulbert, the President of Title365, is set to join the Covius Settlement Services team. The acquisition details remain undisclosed, pending third-party consents and regulatory approvals, with expectations for closure in the coming months.
