Chinatrust Brothers' veteran player, Chou Ssu-chi, successfully stole his 100th base at the Taipei Dome, with injured Wang Wei-chen presenting a commemorative plaque. Chou expressed gratitude for learning photo poses from Wang and shared plans to reciprocate by teaching him when he reaches 1,000 hits. Despite promises from foreign players to help remove bases upon the milestone achievement, Chou humorously questioned their absence. This achievement makes Chou one of only nine CPBL players to reach 1,000 hits, 100 home runs, and 100 steals.
