The total credit card spending is projected to surpass 370 billion NT dollars, setting a new high for May, leading the nation towards utilizing non-cash payment methods as the primary choice. The surge in spending is attributed to Mother's Day promotions and early tax refunds, with CTBC leading in credit card usage driven by travel, dining out for Mother's Day, and shopping.
