In Nantou, Taiwan, a conman planning to scam a driver took a leisurely tour of Zhongxing New Village, enjoying the scenic views and various food establishments before meeting the victim to withdraw money. Unbeknownst to him, the police had been keeping a close watch and apprehended him as he got into the victim's car to conduct the transaction. The police, disguised as regular citizens, followed him for two hours, even dining with him before making the arrest. The conman, surnamed Fang, initially enjoyed his time sightseeing and eating famous ribs in the area, but his relaxed activities came to an abrupt end as he was taken into custody by law enforcement. The police pursued the con artist as he pretended to be a tourist and enjoyed various activities before attempting to carry out his fraudulent scheme.
