Delta Air Lines, optimistic about travel demand, especially internationally, is running its largest transatlantic schedule. The airline forecasts record revenue in the second quarter due to robust demand for spring and summer travel, particularly in premium classes. While American Airlines notes excess capacity in the domestic market, U.S. carriers plan to adjust capacity in the second half to strengthen pricing power. Despite Boeing's corporate challenges, Delta is committed to its order of Boeing MAX 10 jets, with no plans to change the order despite delays in certification and production issues faced by Boeing.
