Diabetes is one of the top ten causes of death in the country. A 43-year-old male with a high glycated hemoglobin level of 14% and abnormal cholesterol sought medical treatment and was advised to undergo insulin treatment. Instead, after giving up processed foods and a large amount of carbohydrates for just one month, his condition improved significantly. His glycated hemoglobin decreased from 13.5% to 9.6%, triglycerides decreased, and other cholesterol data and insulin levels also improved. The doctor mentioned that with enough effort, the need for insulin injections could be reversed within a month.
