Diabolo Industries, a car light components factory, is set to expand to Thailand with plans to invest significantly in building a factory on over 15 hectares of land in three phases, with the first phase expected to start production in two years. The total investment in the new Thai factory is estimated to be between 2 to 3 billion NTD. Diabolo's Taiwan headquarters also plans to establish a car electronics department for developing advanced products like LED, AFS, and ADB. They are introducing new car light designs that combine headlights, tail lights, and turn signals for a more unified look, believing that this trend will lead to increased revenue. Diabolo's overseas factories in China focus on producing OEM car lights for various joint venture companies, with expectations of improved business performance in 2024 due to strengthening demand for automobile parts.
