Singapore-based data centre company Digital Edge has successfully raised over $1.6 billion through equity and debt financing to support its growth initiatives. This capital includes approximately $640 million from investors and $1 billion in debt, aimed at expanding its operations to meet the rising demand for cloud and AI services across Asia. Since its establishment in 2020, Digital Edge has grown to operate 21 data centres and plans to further develop its capacity.
