A 42-year-old man named Cheng from Xinzhuang District in New Taipei City neglected to pull the handbrake on his mini truck while unloading goods on July 6, causing the vehicle to slide backward and collide with passing cars and parked motorcycles before crashing into a residence. One driver was injured but luckily only suffered minor injuries. The incident was attributed to the driver's negligence in applying the handbrake.
