A 44-year-old man surnamed Zhuang created a scene in a convenience store in New Taipei City's Xindian District after drinking alcohol, leading to a confrontation with the store clerk. The clerk called the police, who arrived at the scene and brought the intoxicated man back to the police station for control. Zhuang was detained by the police for his disruptive behavior, which included shouting, throwing products, and even attempting to attack officers with an umbrella. The clerk decided not to press charges, and Zhuang was later taken home by his family at around 11 PM.
