A 19-year-old male surnamed Xie at the Dunpin High School of the Correctional Institute of the Ministry of Justice was involved in a brawl on campus last September, during which he angrily cursed the security guard captain with the Three-Character Classic, saying 'What kind of star are you as a second line, take the stars off!' and 'Captain is mentally handicapped, what a joke!' The school reported the incident to the authorities, leading to Xie being prosecuted and facing a summary judgment. Xie was undergoing reform education at the institute due to embezzlement, and despite knowing that the captain was carrying out official duties, he lost control and insulted him, resulting in legal action being taken against him.
