A 72-year-old woman in Chiayi City went missing after leaving home on July 3, 2024, and was later discovered by her family lying in a deep drainage ditch near their residence. She was found in critical condition and promptly rescued and taken to the hospital. The cause of the incident remains unclear as the woman was unable to provide details due to her condition.
