Eli Lilly Approved to Launch Weight-Loss Drug in Hong Kong

Eli Lilly has received approval from the Hong Kong government to sell its weight-loss drug, tirzepatide, branded as Mounjaro, using a device called Kwikpen. The company expects to launch the drug by the end of this year, competing with Novo Nordisk in the rapidly growing weight-loss market projected to exceed $100 billion globally by the end of the decade.
