The Wall Street Journal reported that if Donald Trump wins the presidential election in November, he is considering appointing billionaire Elon Musk as a policy adviser with influence over economic and border security policies, as they have discussed formal input from Musk. Musk has been campaigning against Joe Biden, aiming to prevent voter fraud, and has not supported either Trump or Biden financially. Musk has embraced the Republican Party more in recent years but has faced criticism for his views, including endorsing antisemitic comments on his social media platform X.
