The police not only fined and arrested the drunk Malaysian for DUI but also confiscated the employee's motorcycle license plate. The employee's motorcycle was taken by the retiree Stephen, a Malaysian engineer, who was visiting Taiwan. Stephen was sentenced to 3 months in prison for drunk driving, paid a fine of 90,000 NT dollars, and then left the country. The employee did not report the incident as theft promptly, leading to his motorcycle being confiscated.
