Following the rejection of the Legislative Yuan's reform bill, the Presidential Office, Control Yuan, and DPP caucus in the Legislative Yuan have successively expressed intent to submit a constitutional interpretation. Premier Su Tseng-chang indicated in a meeting that they will file a constitutional lawsuit with the Constitutional Court regarding amendments to the 'Legislative Yuan Exercising Authority Act,' changes to the name and content of Chapter 5 of the Criminal Code, and other amendments. The Executive Yuan will also request temporary measures until a ruling is made, halting the application of the related provisions.
