A serious car accident occurred on the northbound lane of National Freeway 3 at 197.8K in Changhua County, where a 43-year-old female driver surnamed Huang collided with the inner guardrail and overturned her car, resulting in her losing vital signs. The incident caused a temporary traffic jam until the road was cleared around 10 p.m. The cause of the accident is still under investigation by authorities.
