FTNN News Network reported on June 20, 2024, that the Fengshi Food Public Welfare Food Culture Education Foundation held the 'Fengshi Food Dream Project - Dream Food Experience Action Creative Competition,' inviting elementary and kindergarten students to observe the current diet situation and propose passionate and creative food dream implementation plans under the guidance of teachers and instructors. This year, a total of 14 dream teams participated in the competition, with the final selection scheduled for July 3 at the National Taiwan Science Education Center to announce the annual award winner. The foundation, supported by Tinghsin and De, aims to promote dietary education and help the younger generation learn about balanced diets, aesthetic tastes, service spirit, and gratitude through food education. Various imaginative food dream practices were showcased, such as investigating food waste, ugly produce, and unpopular ingredients to develop new dishes, reintroducing local ingredients, and experiencing the journey of ingredients from farm to table.
