Reported 11 months ago

Ferrari has inaugurated a new production facility in Maranello, Italy, investing 200 million euros to increase production flexibility and reduce car development times. CEO Benedetto Vigna highlighted that the facility will enable quicker market introduction without focusing on higher output volumes. It will also produce Ferrari's first electric vehicle and key components for EVs, while allowing for personalizations to meet customer demands. The plant is expected to support a mix of electric, hybrid, and traditional engine models, beginning operations with its first cars rolling out in January next year.
