FTNN news reported the Taiwan stock market index closed at 23,556.59 points on Friday, rising by 524.34 points for the week. Analyzing the data from last week, the eight major state-controlled banks were found to have purchased the most shares of Mega Financial Holding, surpassing 37,000 shares valued at 14.98 billion NTD. Additionally, Taiwan's 'outdated AI' stock Wistron was purchased 11,000 shares by the institutions, totaling 12.19 billion NTD, entering the top three in terms of purchased shares.
