The Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) in Taiwan announced the results of the 2024 Fair Customer Service Evaluation, which is the sixth edition. Ten institutions have consistently ranked in the top 25% from 2022 to 2024. The evaluation covers banks, securities firms, insurance companies, and futures brokers, praising those in the top 25% and recognizing the most improved. Notable improvements included better complaint handling mechanisms, enhanced information security systems, and innovative services like predictive models for chronic disease risks. The FSC noted increases in scores for principles evaluated, showing the financial industry's progress in consumer rights and fair service.
